I waited forever before I finally broke down and bought my first Le Creuset. I finally gave in and just hoped that it was money well spent. Well, I have not regretted my decision for a second. Not only does this pot look great just sitting out for display on the stove, but it cooks like a dream. I use it for so many dishes, and clean up is a breeze.
