Le Creuset L0013-3602
I bought this pan off of Amazon through Chef's Resource a few weeks ago. I have made several things in it and all have turned out wonderfully. Once again, a great product from Le Creuset! The only caveat I have is that this pan is not stoneware as described. I assumed this when I saw it on Amazon due to the hefty price. I contacted Amazon.com by phone and found them to be polite, but not too helpful. I later contacted Chef's Resource, who was offering the pan on Amazon at the time, and they assured me that the pan was indeed cast iron. I hope that Amazon will make the correction ...
