How about this Le Creuset 3-Ply Stainless-Steel 3-Quart covered Saucepan

This saucepan is made beautifully and cooks like a dream. The only problem I have is that it is relatively heavy and the handle is narrow, so when the pot is full of water and potatoes it is difficult to pick it up with one hand and hold the lid to drain and pour out the water.
