You know when you pay a lot of money for something and when you're driving home with it or the email confirmation comes thru that you now own it you kind of say "Yikes, what did I just do?". That's what happens when you drop several hundred dollars on this pot. But then the magic begins and you soon realize, wow, this could be the best cookware investment I ever made.
